Our Team
Owner: Richard McCray – Manager and Acquisitions Specialist at Rally Home Buyers. I have been buying and selling single family residential properties 2001. Some have been to fix up and resell while others have made good rentals. I have completed over 300 creative real estate transactions involving all levels of of renovations from minor cosmetics to major full gut rehabs, as well as solving a full range of complicated related issues from title problems, liens and judgments, all the way to foreclosures, short sales, probates and more. I’ve just about seen it all and I solve problems. That’s what I get paid for. Allow me to be of service to you! I’ll do my best to find a solution that meets your needs.
Jonathon Gaug – Seller Prospecting Manager at Rally Home Buyers. I was born and raised in Chicago, but I got married and raised our children in the south. We now have 5 grandchildren and counting. I got my start in Real Estate about 15 years ago reaching out to potential clients and setting appointments for agents. Now as an Acquisitions manager here at Rally Home Buyers, I pride myself in being to help as many folks as we can, especially those that are in difficult situations.
Danny Boyle – Seller Prospecting Manager at Rally Home Buyers. I was born in London England and graduated from the university of London with a degree in advertising and marketing. I spent the next 20 years in Advertising and then sales. I moved to California after marrying a California girl and opened a coffeehouse. Once the business was established I started a flooring company and gradually became more and more involved in general construction. I got into Real Estate about 15 years ago working with a leading agent in Charleston. I have been working as an Acquisitions manager here at Rally Home Buyers for 2 years now and enjoy helping people extricate themselves from difficult problem real estate situations.
Carla Onari – Administrative Assistant at Rally Home Buyers. I have been in the real estate industry as an Admin Assistant for about 5 years. I make things happen in the background typically in charge of the paper works, organizing, data gathering and managing our overall needs to function as a team. During my free time, I would go mountain climbing and occasionally go surfing, go to beach and unwind. I love the beach and surf occasionally and chase the waves.
Legal – All our closings and legal issues are handled by local reputable title companies. They insure that all legal matters are dealt with and clear title is transferred. They handle all monetary transfers and record all the required filings at the appropriate Parish Clerk of Court. A short list of companies we do or have done business with includes Legacy Title, Baton Rouge Title, and Gulf South Title.
Administrative – I have a small team of 2 administrative assistants who help manage the research, marketing, data gathering, paperwork and other such tasks. They help keep the background tasks running smoothly.
Financing – A network of private investors and joint venture partners supply enough capital to purchase and manage all the projects we can get on the table thus far. We also have a growing relationship with institutional lenders who are making even more capital available to us.
Insurance – We insure our properties under a variety of policy types depending on the stage of repairs and whether vacant or occupied. A short list of companies that we do or have done business with is Foremost Insurance, Kyle Carmouche Agency, and National Real Estate Insurance Group.
